We have a few items we wanted to share as guidance for our customers and so there are no surprises. If you have questions, please discuss those with our office manager. He will be very happy to assist you in any way he can.
We set aside time and pre-purchase the parts for your repair visit and perform the work. In exchange for doing so, we believe it is fair to expect payment immediately after the repairs have been performed. We welcome credit cards, local checks, and cash.
Pre-payment for some repairs
In some cases, for larger repairs of $1,000 or more we ask our customers to pay 60% down. This goes toward the cost of purchasing the parts needed to repair your vehicle.
Picking up vehicles
Once service is complete, we ask that you pick up your vehicle as quickly as possible. Vehicles left without communication beyond three days after a service was performed, may be assessed a $25/per day storage fee.
Dropping off vehicles
For customers who would like to drop off their vehicles on weekends or after hours, we do have a convenient key drop box. It is located on the front side of the building and is on the second blue door to the right of the blue main entry door. The key drop box is labeled. It is helpful if you can label your keys with your name to quickly match up the vehicle to the customer.
